Patricia Obregon left Miami to pursue her degree in International Relations and wound up finding a new hometown and a new career. In 2007 she began selling real estate and quickly became one of the best young agents in the Sperryville area. She singlehandedly built the CWR Rental and Property Management division. Patricia’s great smile and open demeanor set those around her at ease. Her friends know they can always count on her to know the newest shops and best restaurants in town.
I’m all over Facebook, Pintrest, Instagram and I have an active Twitter account. I’m the rental specialist at Cheri Woodard Realty so I’ve become an expert in Air B&B and FRBO too.
I grew up in Miami and I never saw snow so when we get a storm, I can’t wait to get outside with my son, Harley. We sled ride, make snow angels and enjoy Sperryville in the snow. When I get back home, I have a big cup of Cuban coffee and binge watch Netflix.
I’m fluent in Spanish and English but when I talk to my mother, the folks in the office tease me of speaking Sperryville patois – equal parts Spanish, English and country dialect.
