This property is located across from the original Nethers Mill  and was owned by the Hudson’s who ran the General Store and Trading Post across from the Mill.

The upstairs level has three bedrooms including a roomy master bedroom suite.  Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a convenient two sink bathroom with tile bath and stall shower.  Access to the large, unfinished  attic is through this bathroom.  An upstairs laundry room with tile floor is complete with a washer and dryer (included with rental).  The laundry room and linen closet are  located off of the hallway leading to the master bedroom.  The master bedroom includes a well designed walk-in closet which connects to the  master bath with a large soaking tile tub and shower.

All new double pane windows have been installed throughout the home with convenient screens and tilt out features. A new metal roof was installed in 2009.  The central A/C and heat system with propane furnace were installed in 2009.  There is an attic but no basement.

The yard around the home has plenty of room for a garden or for animals. Several small storage buildings are included with the property. A spring house, currently used as extra storage, in the rear of the house connects to the house with a covered roof and brick floor.  Behind the home are several barns which are used by the owner for his personal, family run business.
