The foyer has a beautiful slate floor and a large coat closet. The foyer opens up to the combination living room, dining room and kitchen area.
The living area’s ceiling soars two stories, open to the second floor, and the room features an impressive field stone fireplace. To the right is the dining area with its beamed ceiling and rustic real-candle chandelier. Continuing to the right is the kitchen, which looks out onto the gardens and has plenty of counter space and a bar. The gorgeous cabinetry was made for the original owner using walnut harvested on the property. Just off of the dining area is the combination laundry, utility and storage room, providing plenty of space to stock up for a long holiday weekend. Completing the main level is an extra room that could be used as an office, library, or spare guest room. Next to this room is a half bath.
