I listed may country home in October 2023.  With only 5 showings in three months I switched to Cherri Woodard Realty with Adam.  The showings immediately increased to 2 or 3 per month.  The location of my house and the high interest rate discouraged most buyers but late in the process a motivated buyer appeared and Adam successfully closed the deal.  He had a steady hand on the wheel and was attentive to me as seller.  I would recommend the realty and Adam for any rural property.
