She kept me informed about changing market conditions and pricing, suggesting that if I was ready to sell, putting the property on the market would meet more favorable conditions than in the recent past. I was able to sell the property within a few days. Emily answered all my questions, researched any issues she was unsure of, liaised with the buyers’ agent and closing attorney to ensure a smooth process and closing. She was knowledgeable about zoning, land use and conservation; extremely conscientious; and followed through on anything that needed follow-through, including a post-closing matter.
